1. International Orders can be placed as an ‘Order Request’.
2. The International Order process varies from country to country due to the difference in International Shipping charges worldwide.
3. The payment on the International Orders won’t be accepted directly on the LaceCraft website.
4. Upon the order placement by an International client with LaceCraft.in, it is accepted as an Order Request.
5. LaceCraft.in holds the discretion of Cancel/Confirm of an International Order without any reason.
6. On placing an International Order, the LaceCraft team checks the order details and then sends an Order Confirm/Cancel mail on the customer’s registered e-mail id as provided in the shipping details.
7. After the order confirmation, the follow up will be done through the provided e-mail id.
8. After the order confirmation, an estimate of the shipping cost will be send to the customer’s email provided.
9. Only when the customer approves of the shipping cost and agrees to a payment, will the order be processed further.
10. To calculate the cost on an International Order, the rates of our shipping partner has to be calculated (according to the chosen country) along with the requested order size, dimension and the total final weight of the parcel(s), which is a manual process. After the calculation, the International shipping cost of the order amount is e-mailed to the customer with the Pay-Pal payment link.
11. As the international transaction charges are high, the 7% processing fees will be included additionally in the final payment of the International Order.
12. For the International payments, an extra 7% of the total order value will be added to the bill. So the total costing will be: - Total order amount+7% transaction charges of total order value
13. We don’t accept returns on International orders due to the high International shipping charges. If in any case, the product has to be returned, the customer is liable to bear these extra charges.
14. If an International order is returned as a ‘not-received’ parcel all the shipping costs has to be paid by the customer including the returns cost.
15. We do not provide any kind of insurance for your order parcel after dispatch, so if an International customer requires to insure their product, we are happy to assist you in obtaining it, but with an additional cost.
